The traveling that changed me

Actually I can not really tell which one changed me. But I think my first visit to Cairo, Egypt did the most. Already a long time ago I was able to work in Egypt to train technicians and doctors in the NCI (National Cancer Institute). It was in all aspects a very special experience. Totally different culture and very interesting country. Will write some about it in another blog post.

Besides working and living in Cairo twice for a European project training people in radiotherapy I was also able to go to the Sinai desert. Here I travelled with a Bedouin (Asharf) and camel for 4 days. Most special trip ever done.
